Submission steps & timeline
ESEE 2027 operates a two-step submission process to streamline author participation:
- Short abstract submission (review phase): Authors submit a short abstract (approx. 200 words) describing the context, research problem, approach, and practical relevance. Short abstracts are peer-reviewed primarily for topic suitability and scientific quality.
- Extended abstract submission: Once accepted, authors prepare a 4-page extended abstract (or short paper up to 2,500 words) prior to the conference. Extended abstracts are published in the official ESEE 2027 Conference Proceedings.
